The Provider reviews the project documentation, affirms that it is complete and submits it to the USGBC for certification:
- Final Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index
- Completion of LEED for Homes rating and project review with USGBC
- Presentation of LEED for Homes certificate
Based on the number of points it receives, the home can be certified at one of four levels: Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
